A few summers ago we stayed at Burrowing Owl Winery and did this ride. It was about 100km return – a long day, but so fun!

Rating: Advanced – some trails, some road riding
Cue Sheet:
1. Park and start at Road 22 and ride NORTH on canal trail to Oliver. (Note – trail is a bit rough in some spots but do-able with a mountain bike or hybrid)
2. Ride NORTH on Hwy 97 shoulder to Okanagon Falls (or alternately take the rolling Oliver Ranch Rd)
3. From Okanagan Falls head WEST to the railway trestle bridge and ride the trail NORTH along Skaha Lake
4. At Penticton head EAST through Skaha Lake Park
5. RIGHT/SOUTH on Lakeside Rd to Okanagan Falls
6. LEFT/SOUTH on Maple St
7. Slight LEFT/SOUTH on Oliver Ranch Rd (alternate winery loop on Sun Valley Rd)
8. SOUTH on Hwy 97 shoulder (caution!)
9. LEFT/SOUTH Tucelnuit Rd
10. Slight LEFT McKinney Rd then SOUTH on Black Sage Rd wahooing all the way back to the start
