Lake Union Loop

Loops are fun to ride and this one in Seattle has alot to see along the way — from new parks, a wooden boat yard, bridges, Gas Works park with it’s hill and city views to Fremont – The Center of the Universe complete with the Troll under the bridge. Pick up the trail at any point along the lakeshore and follow the signage for an easy loop.

The trail is 9.5km or 6miles around the edge of Lake Union.  It is named the Cheshiahud Lake Union Loop in honor of a Duwamish chief of a village located years ago on Lake Union.
